The earliest memories of life that I have are all about what food I was smelling, tasting or seeing. I guess I was always destined to be passionate about food.
Places where you will find me on an average day:

  1. Working as a Sous-chef in a Michelin rated restaurant
  2. Creating recipes in my kitchen (aka my sanctuary)
  3. Following cooking courses to learn new skills
  4. Reading through my stack of cookbooks (aka my bibles)
  5. Practicing yoga and pilates
